The experience was GREAT from start to finish. They provided a cooktop, a washing machine, and glassware in the kitchen. Amazingly comfortable rooms in touch via email, we relaxed well.

Overall, it’s easy base for exploring Leamington Spa tourist places. The apartment has marvellous and magnificent near the park and shops and supermarket, and Leamington Spa. In fact, the property is situated close to town center.

Good size wardrobes in bedrooms. Open floor plan, cute decor. Bathroom with heated floors. Quiet location and easy street parking. Enough room for 3 teens and 2 adults.

The room was clean, and the location was marvellous and excellent, very close to convenience stores and the local train station, communication was good via email.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with plenty of free parking available and within an easy walk to both the train station and the town center. the apartment itself was well presented, with a spacious interior and a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathroom and the fact that the heating was automatically triggered when we arrived.
there was a strong smell of damp in the shower area, which was quite unpleasant.

Excellent location, good parking, easy walk into town. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, underfloor heating in bathrooms, clean bed linen. The kitchen had all necessary facilities, comfortable living room with a great television. Good communication with the owner.
For us, it was ideal.
